The SDLT 600 Tape Drive comes with features such as HP StorageWorks Library and Tape Tools (L&TT) for installing managing and troubleshooting the drive and media. It is compatible with native Windows Backup Exec and CA ARCServe and other backup software applications. Additionally the SDLT 600 Tape Drive is read compatible with the HP StorageWorks SDLT 320 media. The SDLT 600 supports One Button Disaster Recovery (OBDR) dramatically reducing downtime in the case of a disaster. This drive has the new Ultra 160 SCSI Interface the fastest parallel SCSI interface available. It offers the improved Digital Data Rate Response Agent that supports a new 16 channel read write head.
